Shipping & Labels

How do I print shipping labels?
As of 8/26/2025, shipping labels are generated in ZIP format.

1.     Go to your Orders tab.

2.     Select the order.

3.     Click Buy Label.

4.     The label will be emailed to you.

You’ll need to unzip the file before viewing or printing (method depends on your computer).

💡 We’re upgrading soon to PDF labels for easier printing.

Inventory & Variants

How do I add inventory?

1.     Open the product you created.

2.     On the right side of the row, click the small ( + ) icon.

3.     A new screen will open where you can add inventory.

⚠️ Important: If you plan to add variants (size, color, etc.), create them before adding inventory. Once inventory is added, you cannot add new variants to that product.

How do I add variants?

·       If the variant you need isn’t available, email us at customer-care@begpets.com.

·       Sellers cannot create their own variant types to prevent duplicates in the system.

·       Please allow up to 48 business hours for us to add your requested option.

Orders & Status Updates

When is an order considered complete?

·       An order is not complete until it’s marked Delivered.

·       Depending on the buyer’s shipping method, delivery status may not update automatically.

To update manually:

1.     View the order.

2.     Scroll to the bottom.

3.     Select Delivered once confirmed.

After it’s marked Delivered, the system will automatically move it to Complete (per your shop’s return policy). This also ensures taxes are tracked and remitted on your behalf.

Messaging Buyers

·       Buyers cannot directly message sellers.

·       Sellers must start the conversation thread from their dashboard.

·       You may also add your email address on your shop’s page to encourage direct communication.

Requests for Quote (RFQ)

What is RFQ?
RFQ = Request for Quote.

This feature allows buyers to request pricing for custom or personalized items.

If you sell customizable products, RFQ is a great way to connect with buyers looking for something unique.
